We can't stop thinking about tomorrow...

Those who have followed some of the old Proctor Charlie “Colloquia” last year may recognize bits of this only somewhat imaginary discussion amongst speculators past and present. I say “only somewhat” because most of those participating in the following fanciful discussion never had the opportunity to sit around a table at the local pub and shoot the breeze, but as each wrote or spoke their words they had been listening to each other, even though sometimes centuries apart, and as they responded they were also aware that others may be listening to their words well into the future.
